Wonderful Review of Group Building Activities

In order to enhance the interaction and exchange of administrative system personnel, improve team cohesion and cooperation spirit, Guangdong Shaoneng Group Luzhou Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Shaoneng Group Guangdong Luzhou Eco Technology Co., Ltd. jointly organized the outdoor team building activity of "Concentrate on Concentrating and Fighting to Be the First" , unite internal staff morale.

The biodegradable tableware company, Guangdong Shaoneng Group Luzhou Technology Development Co., Ltd., and its subsidiary, Shaoneng Group Guangdong Luzhou Eco Technology Co., Ltd., took a step further in promoting teamwork and enhancing the unity of internal staff morale by organizing the engaging outdoor team building activity titled "Concentrate on Concentrating and Fighting to Be the First". The collaborative event aimed to foster interaction and exchange among administrative system personnel, ultimately strengthening team cohesion and cooperation spirit within the organization.

The team building activities were carried out in Niubi Village, Danxia Mountain, Renhua County, Niubi Village is located in the core area of the Danxia hinterland, with Danxia Mountain in the northeast, Shaoshi Mountain in the southeast, and Dashi Mountain in the west. The Jinjiang River surrounds the village to form a long U-shaped peninsula. The shape is like a cow's nose, so the name of the village was decided in this way.

Under the scorching sun, the outreach activities kicked off on a unique lawn. After a brief introduction by the coach and a warm-up session, all the personnel were divided into eight groups, and eight captains and safety officers were recommended by everyone. After brainstorming, eight small groups with extremely creative team names and loud slogans came into being. In the subsequent team activities, the captain should lead all the team members to complete various activities arranged by the coach, so as to ensure that no team member is left behind.

Under the scorching sun with an outdoor temperature of 38℃, everyone played various interesting orienteering games in the beautiful Niubi Village. Everyone's enthusiasm also increased, and laughter filled the mountains. Luzhou partners cultivate a tacit understanding in the game, strive to be the first, and show their demeanor. In the afternoon, the partners had a barbecue party, drank and laughed and had a great time. As a Luzhou person, always keep in mind the mission of green environmental protection. Later in the afternoon, the partners bonded further during a delightful barbecue party, where they laughed, enjoyed refreshing drinks, and reveled in the joyous atmosphere. As proud members of Luzhou, they always prioritize the mission of green environmental protection by using biodegradable and eco-friendly tableware, ensuring a healthy and worry-free dining experience.

Through this team building activity, the potential of oneself and the team has been effectively tapped, the teamwork awareness of employees has been strengthened, the cohesion and combat effectiveness have been enhanced, and the youthful vitality and demeanor of Shaoneng people have been demonstrated.
